About Cannon Contracting Group
Practical Construction Experience. Straightforward Project Leadership.
CCG was built to provide owners and builders with focused project management and consulting support rooted in real-world construction experience.

Founder & Principal
Jack Cannon
Construction project manager with experience leading multimillion-dollar multifamily work through planning, budgeting, schedule management, coordination, and closeout.
The Approach
Construction Consulting That Stays Close to the Work.
CCG is designed around a simple idea: good project management creates clarity. That means understanding what matters, building a workable plan, keeping people aligned, and following through on the details that determine whether a project progresses.
Jack brings approximately seven years of construction experience, including roughly five years in project management, with more than $400 million in total project experience across multifamily and commercial construction. His project management work includes large-scale multifamily and commercial developments. That background informs CCG’s practical, execution-focused approach.
- Clear, direct communication
- Accountability around commitments and dates
- Practical solutions grounded in construction realities
- Respect for the owners, builders, vendors, and communities involved

A Note on Experience
CCG Is New. The Experience Behind It Isn’t.
References to prior projects and construction experience describe Jack Cannon’s professional history before and outside of CCG. They are not presented as projects performed by Cannon Contracting Group.
CCG currently provides construction project management and consulting services and does not self-perform construction labor, provide architectural or engineering design, or act as the licensed general contractor unless the business scope changes in the future.
